If your bank supports the technology of secure online payments Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code, you may also need to enter a special password to make the payment. The methods and possibility of obtaining passwords for Internet payments can be clarified with the issuing bank of the card.
This website supports 256-bit encryption. Confidentiality of the reported personal information is provided by PJSC "Sberbank of Russia". The entered information will not be provided to third parties except for the cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Bank card payments are made in strict compliance with the requirements of Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl.
Payment Process Description
1. The CUSTOMER does not proceed with the execution of the order without first familiarizing himself with the rules of the Exhibitor. If the CUSTOMER has started to process the order, the CONTRACTOR has the right to consider that the CUSTOMER is completely acquainted with the rules.
2. The payment for the reservation is made by credit card.
Payment by VISA bank cards
All types of VISA payment cards, except for Visa Electron, are accepted for payment. In most cases, Visa Electron card is not applicable for payment via Internet, except for cards issued by specific banks. You should check with the issuing bank of your card about the possibility of payment by Visa Electron card.
Payment with MasterCard credit cards
All types of MasterCards are accepted for payment on the website.
What you need to know:
- your credit card number;
- the expiration date of your credit card, month/year;
- CVV code for Visa / CVC code for MasterCard: 3 last digits on the signature strip on the back of the card.
If your card does not have a CVC / CVV code, the card may not be suitable for CNP transactions (i.e. transactions where the card is not used except for the details on it ) and you should contact the bank for more information.
Cancellation of order rules, refund
The customer could cancel the reservation according to the cancellation policy rules of the reservation rate. For this purpose it is necessary to inform the CONTRACTOR about the cancellation by phone +7 812 655-50-77, +7 812 655 50-18, +7 921 382-91-74 (with further written confirmation by e-mail: info@1715hotel.com).
To avoid fraud the CONTRACTOR checks the payment and contacts the CUSTOMER to resolve any issues that may arise. In case the CUSTOMER is unavailable or the question remains unsolved, the CONTRACTOR reserves the right to cancel this order and return the funds to the bank card of its owner.
The refund will be made to the CUSTOMERs bank account within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the 'Refund Request' by the CONTRACTOR . The refund cannot be made to another person. The fees for payment by card and refund are not charged.
